This place and this guy is amazing fixed up my Raleigh choppers they never felt so smooth they were sitting in a garden for ages, seriously recommend Brian services.
Really bad experience, cost of the repair was quite high compared to what I initially thought I'd have to pay. I had the gears fixed because it wasn't entering the very lowest gear setting and after having it fixed, I road the bike once and now it no longer enters the lowest gear. Owner (Brian) doesn't return my messages or phone calls anymore so although I would say my experience at the beginning was very good, it has ended on a bad note and I will be going elsewhere.
Fantastic shop - could not recommend more highly. I've been twice now - the first time, the guy called me with a recommendation to buy a new bike rather than make the repairs as it would be the cheaper option. Did not charge me for the time he did spend with the bike. The second time, he was under pressure as he was going on holidays but he managed to squeeze in a speedy service for me. If only more businesses had this can-do attitude.
