Mayura Yoga Studio

My first visit since lockdown was in all aspects very good. The Mayura studio as you would expect was meticulously clean with all the necessary health precautions in place. The class with Paula was a dream and I loved the whole experience, it was not my usual class but perfect for me and I shall be going next week too.

The energy of this fabulous sea front studio is one of peace and tranqility as soon as you enter. I attended Yoga for a Peaceful Mind yesterday and left feeling exactly that....peaceful but energised.. Personally, I consider my practise a medicine for mind body and spirit. I cannot recommend Mayura and its fabulous teachers enough. Om Shantixxx

I restarted yoga at Mayura this morning after a 5 years break for medical reasons. I felt completely comfortable and extremely happy during and after my lesson. The lesson with Paula was very good and the people in my class were very friendly. All in all i am so pleased i have chosen the Mayura Studio to return to yoga.

I can't recommend Mayura Yoga Studios highly enough. Paula Mayura the founder of Mayura yoga has created a wonderful bright, clean and professional studio that has stunning views over the estuary. She has taught hundreds of students and her experience and enthusiasm shines though. All of the staff are warm and welcoming and every aspect is run professionally so that you can be sure you are in safe hands. Yoga has changed my life on all levels for the better. The various classes suit all levels and the friendly environment makes you want to return for more. My thanks to Paula and her lovely staff.
