The food is great. Unfortunately they can neither deliver it on time - not once in at least 5 experiences - and they don't update the estimated delivery time so you have to chase them. Not only that but the delivery time often slips more than once so you spend a lot of time on the phone. If you're hungry when you order, you will not be in a good mood when your meal finally arrives (often 2 hours after you ordered). We're not using them again as the experience is uniformly awful.

Best place for food in southend. Tried other places with 5 star ratings. Microwave and nothing fresh. This place nice taste and fresh. Respect to the people that work there they know about proper food
