I can highly recommend the Delightful Teabake School for a great kitchen experience . I’ve spent a couple of interesting and fun days under the capable and patient guidance of Sarah in her gorgeous well equipped kitchen, totally in awe at her skills and ability at teaching small groups of people how to produce amazing bakes! It’s really quite magical ! I’d feel very comfortable on my own, in a pair or with a group of friends in Sarah’s warm friendly company making delicious bakes to bring home ! I’ll tell you a secret..I drive home along the seafront but decided to stop off and admire the view ...and eat a chunk of the tasty bread I’d made !

My mum and I completed the Teatime Baking for Beginners course and absolutely loved it. Sarah and Annie were friendly and welcoming, and also very generous - supplying plenty of hot drinks and wonderful sweet treats! My mum and I are keen bakers but we are self-taught, so it was interesting to pick up some helpful tips from the experts. Sarah was relaxed, patient and professional. The instructions were easy to follow and we never felt rushed or pressurised. I would highly recommend this baking school to anyone who loves to bake or is interested in starting to bake. I am already looking at booking my next course!

I attended a Victoria Sponge Masterclass at the bake school and loved every minute of it! Really well taught, lots of handy hints and tips and I walked away with a yummy Victoria Sponge cake and my own handmade pot of jam which went down well with the family when I got back home! I would recommend anyone wanting to get a gift that's a little bit different to check out the courses on offer at Delightful Tea Bake School.
