WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a 900 laptop for next day delivery. I went to pick it up from the store and it was the wrong one. They organised for it to be picked up. It took 3 weeks for the laptop to be delivered back to their warehouse. Then they sent me an email saying the laptop that the new laptop I ordered was now out of stock. They recommended that I order another one that was the same price. So I found one on the website that was in stock. Rang the service line. The man on the phone confirmed that it was in stock, and that it would be with me tomorrow or before the weekend. Except I got an email the next day saying that that laptop was also out of stock. I rang the service line again asking if they have a complaints procedure. He replied, “we do but it doesn’t work” so I asked for my money back. And that the money would be in my account in the next 5 working days. 5 hours of my life wasted waiting for service in store and on customer service lines. Get your laptops elsewhere. The customer service in this store was also terrible.

Good location, sensible layout during the pandemic and always good prices. Great for the latest electronics. Picked up an extremal hard drive here at a better price than Amazon.

With current restraints bought online, there was a bundle offer that could not be selected suggesting out of stock. However seemed to be easy with stock aplenty if you didn't select the offer of free earphones. Strange that. Shop did not honour the deal. Frustration really set in when you try to contact the complaint line. Poor show PC world for what should have been a pleasurable experience.

They have a great variety of TV's and staff are very helpful. They will a price check if you see anything cheaper in another store. Bought this TV with a next day delivery.
