A good property. Far from city centre, near to megamall. Still quiet. Not much activities, what more food. Traffic can be congested as factories and constructions around..

Deserted, very low occupancy. Very few shops in the complex, need to wait few more years before it becomes livable. Apartments are good though.

I had stay here,and recomend it to others,who which to come here..the homestay are very wonderful.. I will come back again,and check in here if i wish to jalan2 at penang.. But at night,got a team of wild dog at entarance...huh..
