St Mary's has been my local surgery since I moved to Southampton over three years ago. Due to my health condition, I have regular contact with the surgery, and all I have accumulated over the years, have been positive experiences. Staff are always very kind, helpful and efficient. I noticed some negative reviews online and this hasn't been my experience at all! Thank you to all staff for their great service at such a busy surgery! Much appreciated! :)

Great staff!
Great surgery! If you register here, you can be given appointments at either Telephone House nearer to the city centre or the main building in St Mary's. During covid, they have been quick to answer online requests and they have even assisted via video calls when I could not be seen. Even when I had to go in for a blood test at At Marys, they were great. Nurse Kim was chatty and knowledgeable despite the circumstances!
Lovely surgery, really helpful admin team and pharmacist too. I'm only leaving as I've moved to London and tbh am sad to leave this practice behind as they're been one of the better ones. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to all the staff & merry Christmas.
A busy surgery but always on the ball. Excellent with communication and service. I have no complaints other than sometimes there might be a wait on the phone (probably due to some idiot claiming they're dying when they actually have heartburn - true story). Pleasant to deal with and professional at all times. Superior to my old GP in London. Glad I am so local too.
