Dealt with Stefan at Alfa Snows , (Im based in Scotland). Was a little tentative with the idea of remote/online purchasing of my car but Stefan would always go the extra mile & answer and queries/concerns I had. The process was easy and straightforward , part ex value was really fair & general dealings with the staff regarding finance (which was very competitive ) & contract details at snows was great , in particular with Stefan from the outset. The organisation of photo's/video's and any technical questions I had regarding specification etc were answered immediately. Moved from German cars to an Alfa and I doubt i'll ever go back ! Once again thanks to Stefan and the team at snows for a slick, professional and speedy service. I'm sure i'll be in touch when the new model is out in a few years time !

James and Matt were a pleasure to deal with and the deal on a second hand Alfa Giulia went through very smoothly. The car was beautifully prepared and we were very pleased with it. Unfortunately my husband had to return it (nothing to do with the car, which was lovely) and James was very gracious and helpful.

Excellent service experience. Darren and the team were highly professional and friendly today. I had come over from Bournemouth to resolve an overly sensitive alarm on my Stelvio. The whole team were very Covid aware, constantly cleaning keys etc. They managed to fit my car in earlier as I had come a long way and it was even cleaned inside and out - nice bonus! Very busy site now that the Poole dealership has closed - be patient, they are doing a 5* job.

Just picked up alfa romeo guilia 2.0. Friendly service despite a few little admin issues! Great handover presentation! If you've never had an alfa... You can't buy happiness but you can buy an alfa, which is the same thing!
