I bought a large fish and medium chips 2 weeks ago and their was hardly any fish, a lot of it was just batter and the portion of chips was very small, the fish was also under cooked, the Chinese man didn’t understand a word in English when I asked him to change my fish, he just kept saying no understand, very poor customer service and wouldn’t go there again or recommend it to anyone!

The cashier speaks fluent English and Cantonese. Extremely friendly. Fish and chips are fresh and tasty. Will certainly come back for more.

Ordered medium cod and chips for my wife it was rubbish. It was all batter no fish at four and a half quid you can keep it .

Having tried a number of the chip shops in Southampton over the last 10 years, I keep returning to this one. In that time the quality has remained high, whilst the vaunted portion sizes of other local places has just disappointed and shrunk over time. Friendly service when you pop in, just remember that it's cash only :-)
