I had an initial call with this firm and then told them I did not want to instruct them and did not want them to undertake any further work. They then continued to send me invoices for hours of work that had never been done. When I let them know nothing had been done and I have had no further calls with the solicitor and showed them the emails where I told them I would not instructed them and no further work should be done they ignored this. I never got the letters from the court but just received a letter saying a judgement of around 1,500 had been made for an initial hour consultancy call. I will obviously get this order set aside this company is a complete scam and in the initial hour they did nothing but ask me for details that I could have completed online or put on a form, such as how many kids I have how old they are and bla bla bla. I hired another law firm that has been amazing. This company is dishonest and provide no value for money they will just try to bill you as much as they can get away with. Stay clear.
