Needed to buy costumes for me and 3 work colleagues, the staff in particular \poison ivy\ was so helpful they didn't have all the stock but they arranged for me to pick it up. Friendly staff and a great shop. Would highly recommend!
Went into the store in between Christmas and New Year. Only needed to buy one bead necklace. Said I didnt need a bag and was told they HAD to give bags out at this time of year. Way to go on saving the planet! There was no one waiting to be served after me I said you can literally watch me carry this to the door and leave but she wasnt having any of it. If you are going to force people to take bags then at least make them paper recyclable ones! I wont be shopping here again.
Bought a fancy dress costume which was a radioactive suit. The suit was slightly small for my partner so went back to exchange but they don't exchange for hygiene reasons. How are you suppose to know if it fits then? Waste of money. Wont be using again.
No refunds, I was offered a credit note for 3 months by the manager who said I could use it to buy balloons?! Expensive costumes and the one I bought was see through would never shop here again, manager was very rude on the phone no signs anywhere in the shop to say no refunds the staff did not tell me this at point of sale either! Absolute shambles!
