Excellent customer service when I needed a new battery fitted, complicated by a broken bonnet release lever: the battery tech in the shop very honestly said he couldn't work the release without damaging it more and he arranged for the Autocentre to do it instead - no fuss, they just quickly popped it into the garage (I wasn't booked in, they popped me in between other jobs) and it was quickly sorted. Honesty and great service - thank you!
