The one star was because it was Open. A perfect example of why people are now buying online, Shocking Customer service and never going back.

Bought a small koi, put in quarantine for a couple of weeks as a precaution. Glad i did as it died within 4 days of purchase.. Tested water parameters using NT pond lab kit all good. Won't be buying fish stock from here again.!
