As an older resident I asked for help. Fantastic response. Fixed my phone in seconds. Very impressive. No IT talk or jargon. Did what I asked within minutes, smiled and polite. What more can you ask for???

Horrendous. My partner and I had 2 replacement screen repairs in March costing 110 (seemed reasonable), 1 iphone7 and 1 iphone5, but within a week the iphone5 screen became unusable through internal bleeding inside of the screen (she had not dropped the phone and there was no external damage). We took the phone back as we knew that we had not damaged it in any way that week, unfortunately we could not prove this... They explained that they can't speak for the distributor so we could send it away to be checked (with no guarantee of fault admittance) or pay for another replacement... assuming how that would end up, we declined paying again and simply bought a new phone as the contract was finished and we were only looking to continue with the old phone. By June the iphone7 screen also had an internal bleeding issue which has deemed the screen unusable (admittedly been dropped a few times at low level but no external damage). To save on cash I decided to buy a replacement screen and attempt to fix myself, to find that they had forgotten to refit 2 of the internal plates! I'm not sure how important they are but obviously the phones have them for a reason... *Poor product **Bad customer care ***Oblivious workmanship

Popped in with my sons iPhone today fully expecting a quite costly repair, the technician said there may be a quick fix that he can try first, well the quick fix worked and he didn’t charge a penny! Customer service does not get any better than this! Many thanks.

Jay brought my Samsung S9 back from the dead after I dropped it to the bottom of a deep swimming pool on holiday. Was really pleased with the work done, his expertise was well appreciated and all for a good price. Highly recommended!
