Absolutely \The Best Guys around!\ I've been robbed thousands by other company local and never will I go there again. These guys can often do the job right away even to get parts quickly while you wait, Well done Eco-Tyres. Regards Gary

42 for budget tyre brought on the 26.01.21. The fitter replaced each wheel nut with a tension wrench. The service was quick and undercover from weather. Staff was friendly and offered me to wait in reception where seating is available along with water dispenser and a soft drink dispenser. The reception is unheated and wheelchair unfriendly. There are no customers toilet facilities. COVID CONTROL...No hand sanitizer available and only one member staff using face mask whilst three other member of staff not wearing any face covering. No cleaning of the reception area or sanitised.

Avoid them!!!! They snap bolt while doing alignment and haven't told me about it. Car was going all over the road,my tyres become bold after 2 weeks,i've risked my and my kids life by driving that car, took it to another garage and they spotted it straight away and they told me \you lucky u still alive\.. So if you guys care about yours and your family safety don't let that garage going anywhere near your car!

I recently had tyres replaced on my car by Eco, I then suffered a flat just 24 hours later and when attempting to remove the locking wheel nut it snapped, I had to call out at a charge of 95 to myself a specialist to remove the nut and the other bolts as they were all over tightened which they confirmed. I proceeded the next day to visit Mercedes Winchester and have the remaining locking wheel nuts removed, the technicians there were only able to remove one nut before snapping their own master wheel nut, again confirming wheels were overtightened. That same day I went to Mercedes Southampton to have the remaining 2 wheel nuts removed and they only managed to remove one again before again, snapping their master wheel nut in the last remaining wheel. I turned up at Eco and demanded that the wheel nut be removed and my expenses covered, as you can see from the photos the inside of the wheel is heavily damaged now and I DID NOT APPROVE THIS NOR BE MADE AWARE IT WOULD HAPPEN. Eventually it was removed and I demanded 95 back after having to pay, they refused and called TWO Mercedes dealerships liars and rubbish plus a locking wheel nut specialist. I now demand my money back again and will take this to court should you not do it for the larger damages caused.
