Treated myself to some new bike tires recently and just couldn't get them to sit right on the rim. Took the bike to Decathlon Southampton and was served by Toby, who sorted it out in 5 minutes as we chatted about my bike. He didn't even charge me for it! Great service, incredibly friendly, would thoroughly recommend!

Called to say that I can't used their refund service as there is an error telling me to try again later. Each of 3 calls to report this to the Southampton store a voice said \Your call is important to us\ and each time I was cut off, I would suggest your customers are only important to Decathlon if they are parting with their money to you, anything else is the proverbial BS!

I had my bike serviced. It.was really easy to arrange on the phone. Fantastic that it could be done the next day. Efficient, helpful, friendly staff. Not crowded and covid arrangements in store made it feel like a safe place to shop in store.

Great! I got an appointment, the guys are super friendly and then I got a call with the details of what was going on with my bike. They also called me again to let me know that the bike was ready and they even sent a text because I missed the call. Great customer service.
