Had to buy a Micro SD Card as the one I had got locked by my Android.system Completely & I hadn't changed the password or even backed up the photos!!! I ordered & paid for the new Micro SD online, received an email confirming the order and instructions how to collect. Inform the branch on arrival of car make, model and reg number. Which parking bay I was waiting in and it was brought straight out in moments. Brilliant customer service and also brilliant price too as it was reduced by almost 70%

I would recommend if anyone is looking to have an appliance installed by Currys to just stay away. If you have one booked in i'd cancel the order. I had a dishwasher installed by them on Monday the 5th. I was told that it was all good to use then on 10th realised all was not good. It been leaking under my kitchen counter the entire time due to the water feed hose not being done up enough. Resulting in my laminate flooring being damaged. I since isolated the dishwasher from the water supply as I had to wait till the 16th for an engineer to come out to fix the leak. The leak was fixed but he informed me that the machine itself is actually faulty. Each time I have been the one to get in contact with Currys the customer service is despicable. I still don’t have a working Dishwasher and I still haven’t had any information regarding my flooring repair.

Awful customer service! Spent OVER 3 hour's on the phone to customer services, sent & received 8 emails and 3 online chat conversations over a week of the worst service I've ever encountered. All which informed me to visit store to resolve the \Black Friday\ company issue that ironically had been featured on BBC news 24hrs before my visit. Entered the store and asked 2 members of staff who COULDN'T help. Eventually got to speak with the manager of the store, who couldn't help & wasn't exactly sure of the procedure to follow. Eventually agreed to honour the original price (as agreed in my emails) but didn't have the stock, so instead of offering me any kind of customer service, merely advised to get back in my car and drive to the next nearest store that was 8 miles away and totally out of my way as that was the only option with the system Currys use... NEVER, EVER EVER will I shop with these cowboys again

Brilliant service and advice about computers. They didn't have the one I liked the look of in stock, but the salesperson suggested a similar one and I really like it. Perfect for working from home and for leisure too. Only issues are that sometimes you have to wait quite a while for an adviser to come over to speak to you, as often they aren't stationed in the computing area, and also they do try to push the add ons quite a lot (although I do understand it's part of their job)
