From my first point of contact, Brides of Southampton were amazing. They are so friendly and welcoming. I went for my first visit and thought I knew exactly what sort of wedding dress I wanted but their knowledge and understanding of dresses gave me the confidence to try on lots of different styles and I said yes to a dress which was nothing like what I had expected to choose. The whole process was just perfect and now I have said yes to my perfect dress. I cannot recommend them enough!

Just wanted to say another massive thank you for my experience at Bride's and for helping me pick out my dream dress. I got married in September, and had the most perfect day, and absolutely loved spending the day in my beautiful beautiful dress!! Michelle, was absolutely fantastic, and even with a broken wrist, still managed to help out so much! They all made us feel so welcome and we felt that they were a part of our wedding planning too. I had such a lovely experience at Brides of Southampton. Michelle mainly helped me and she was just great, super friendly and lovely! I gave Michelle a couple of dresses that I'd seen online and she asked if I was open to suggestions and if she could grab a few dresses that she thought I'd like to try, this was great as I wasn't sure at all what would suit me so it was really helpful. Another lady (I didn't get her name, sorry!) also gave her honest (but friendly!) opinion and found a couple for me to try. They both suggested a particular dress for me to try, which I ended up falling in love with and ordering! I'm so sad I can't do it all over again but I will certainly be recommending to any friends or family that are getting married in the future! Thanks so much again, cannot wait to pick up my dress next year!! Xx
I found my wedding dress yesterday at Brides of Southampton. This was my second visit to the shop and both times I was made to feel so welcome. Michelle, in particular is an absolute star and is so friendly and patient. She wasn't pushy and was always happy to offer suggestions if needed. I 100% recommend Brides of Southampton to anyone looking for their wedding dress. There are so many stunning dresses, but the service you receive really is amazing.
Absolutely fantastic service from Brides of Southampton. Michelle, Gemma and the team made us feel so welcome and such care was taken at every step of our visit. The shop itself was clean and spacious and decorated perfectly and the dresses were beautiful and high quality. This was my first time trying on dresses and the team made finding my dream dress fun and stress free. I would very highly recommend to any future Brides!
