I live in Dorchester (about 50 miles away) where there are no Hi-Fi shops, so I rang Audio T to order a DAC to collect a few days later. When I rang a chap called Alan helped me and my order was simple and smooth. My DAC was waiting for me when I visited to collect it. In would encourage everyone to visit this shop as they have a great variety of very hi-end gear that looks so much better in person than it does online. When I was there I feel in love with an Arcam surround sound pre/processor and matching amplifier. So I hope to be back soon :-)

I recently moved home and, not fancying reconnecting my hi-fi and AV system (including tri-wired speakers), partly due to the weight of the hifi cabinets, I decided to contact Audio T. Due to less than perfect wiring done by other contractors and various unforeseen snags, it took John four hours to get it all done. I just wish I'd involved them in other aspects of aerial installation and wiring. The upshot is that having John with his experienced and professional ear set up my - to me - complex system, I have now had the best value for money upgrade ever, it's like a new, vastly improved system - what he did is brilliant and I thoroughly recommend them. Thank you very much!

I cut my Hi Fi teeth at the legendary Geoffrey Horn's store in South Parade, Oxford in the 1970s. I was thus delighted to find equal expertise and enthusiasm at Hampshire Audio in Chandlers Ford, when I moved to Winchester in the 1990s, and, with their advice, and after long sessions in their listening room, purchased a Meridian 806 CD player, Audiolab 8000 amp and KEF 104/2s from them. Their subsequent merger with Audio T in no way impacted on their superb service, which has most recently informed my recent purchases from them of a Cyrus CDi player, Marantz PM806 and REL subwoofer. Their helpfulness has even extended to the loan of a Cyrus CDi when my player had to be returned for repair just outside warranty. I really cannot recommend this shop highly enough.
