We came into the Southampton store on Saturday as we needed some advice regarding a seat in the shower for my elderly parents. Your colleague took the time to show us everything you had and chatted through the benefits of each and asked about the disability with regards to what seat would best suit them. The advice was gratefully received and the chair we choose in the end is ideal. We have also bought other products from you in the past including a stair lift and the service and personal attention has always been first class.
