This shop should be shut down. Mr Laroiya is dishonest, rude and needs to learn how to deal with customers. I paid for an outfit to be sown for my dad's birthday but the LIAR lied to my family and as result couldnt wear the outfit we ordered on his birthday. I don't have the garment neither do i have my refund. I have sent several emails to request refund but he never bothers to respond. when I call, he always gives excuses. I'm not done with you yet! where do you think that money came from? I WANT A REFUND NOW! Update! The Traditions shop is now closed down. I travelled over an our to go and collect my dad’s outfit and was told by shop owners around that the shop hasn’t been opened since the outbreak of coronavirus. Mr Laroiya for what you have caused me I pray you go bankrupt.

Disgraceful service. Dishonest. Happy to take initial deposits and then dont want to know you after. My outfit was two weeks late. I had asked for no cups in my top and it came with it. Once removed the top was floppy and an odd shape. The owner refused to fix it. Told me a new top would take 3 months... The skirt of my bridal outfit had holes in it and 3 large stones missing from the design. Again he didn't care. He knew I was in no position as my wedding was a week away. I actually rang the man whilst I was standing outside his shop (as he had been ignoring my calls for a whole week.) I watched him look at him phone and then put it back in his pocket and continue to flick through a magazine. Avoid avoid avoid. I spent my entire wedding day holding my top together as they messed it up and it would gape open. Go somewhere else and dont have to have a bad experience for an outfit for your one and only big day.
From beginning to end the team at Traditions made sure that my wedding dress was exactly how I wanted it. They met every timeline and the end result was absolutely stunning. I changed the colour and in parts the design of the dress from the original and it worked out perfectly. The price was more than reasonable for what I got at the end. The ladies at the shop were amazing. Overall I unreservedly recommend Traditions to any bride to be.
I'm not one to write reviews but I had to share my experience at Traditions. I came to them with a bridal outfit idea that they have never done before and the end result was the exact vision, and that's thanks to Sonal at Traditions. I never had to chase for an update, as they would call me when they had an update. It was a stress free experience with the perfect dress. Overall I would highly recommend Traditions to any bride to be. Thank you again :)
AVOID AT WLL COSTS. POOR SERVICE, CONSTANT LIES AND CAUSE FOR PANIC. I ordered a Sherwani here on October 19th for my wedding on Feb 15th. After being told it would take approx 8 weeks, it has now been 16 weeks - with 10 days left before the big day - and I have just been told that my outfit HAS NOT LEFT INDIA YET. WTF! I was told 2 weeks ago that it would leave India in 3-4 days, and when I called today to check (as I was told it would arrive today) I have been told that it is STILL in India. Now, I am highly doubtful that it will arrive in time, and my big day will not be the same. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
