Absolutely brilliant service. I bought a groom outfit which was custom made to my taste. The outfit came on time and it fits perfectly! Also the materials used and design itself is amazing. 5 star service and very good price. Will come back for future family wedding shopping. Thank you!

The shop owner is the most dishonest person I have come across. We placed an order for a full outfit and after paying for it, and when it came to taking measurements she mentions that the trousers cost an extra 40. She had clearly mentioned at the start that the cost of the entire outfit is included in the price. We obviously felt betrayed at that stage and asked for a Full refund, as she had tricked us into making a purchase. She refused to refund the price therefore we had to just deal with it. What makes it worse is that she promised to have the outfit ready by 2 weeks. After travelling 3.5 Hours she tells us that the outfit is still in India and will arrive in 3 days time and she had promised to post this out to us. Trusting her word we went back and kept reminding her to send the parcel. The lady kept making excuses of not feeling well, therefore being unable to send the parcel. She made us feel guilty for chasing up the status of the parcel. And the lady lied saying that she had already sent the parcel on a thursday- when actually she had sent it only 2 days later (we verified this by tracking the parcel). Then she demanded us to pay for the delivery cost of the item (which she wouldnt have had to spend had she delivered the product on time as promised!). Please don’t buy anything from this dishonest person with horrible service. She does not know how to treat customers with dignity and makes you feel guilty for her mess ups. She will say anything to sell a product, but once she takes your money there’s no going back.
This was the WORST experience I've ever had with Asian clothing, the lady that served me nelam had ZERO customer service skills. Firstly, 3 weeks prior I wanted to change the colour for which I bought the material myself but she refused to make an ammendment stating the dress was already made which is a LIE because when I asked her to give me the dress she contradicted herself and said it's not ready. Secondly, she told me the dress will be ready on the 23rd and told me she'll contact me but the day passed and I recevied no phone call so I rang her about 6 times the next day and there was no answer. She finally decided to call me back but LIED about the opening times and that she'll call me when it's ready which I knew SHE wouldn't as she didn't before. So I had to take time off work and go down there myself to find that store is open and the outfit was ready. Then when I tried the outfit on it needed some alterations but she was refusing to accept the faults. She was being very RUDE she was cursing me in her language but she didn't know I understood. After much convincing she took me to the tailor and he noticed the problem straight away without me saying anything. I am also convinced she took the dress from the display as it was no longer there and my dress has quite a few loose threads !!! She has completely ruined my wedding. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE AT ALL. I HAVE WASTED HUNDREDS OF POUNDS ON A DRESS I WILL NEVER WEAR!
