I have visited the centre recently - the journey was smooth, staff amazingly polite and professional. A special thank you to Roxanne at the reception - your welcoming smile, and soft voice on the phone prior to my visit, made those good few hours spent in this clinic stressless.
Excellent care overall
Visited UCC 10pm 7th January 2020. Waited there 3.5 hours. No doctor was there to attend patients . The receptionist should clearly ask the patients that there is no doctor & they have to wait till morning. We come back home without treatment.
I am a always polite and have patience, the service provided was terrible, the nurse specialist, prescriber was rude, abrupt and certainly did not provide the service you would expect in the UK. I was alerted that the service is privatised, the concern is if there are no guidelines, core values patients will die or mis diagnose which is what happened with is.
