Went to this restaurant on my birthday with family. Must say very good and courteous service provided. Team were very polite and good in suggesting nice dishes if you are first timer. Though food is ok, compared to its price tag and my expectation were not met

From the first moment you arrive in this place the personel give you an enjoyable feeling. Very friendly waiters, it is a good place to to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date. Excellent cooking, professional chef, good price and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Visited recently with a group of friends having high expectations. Considering the price for the area and Brilliants reputation, I expected slightly more. Curries were ok, didn't really stand out versus other similar Southall eateries, starters were good. Service - was very quick and waiters were attentive, although I suspect they were extra motivated due to the turn around times in order to squeeze as many eat out to help out customers. Had to politely ask one of the waiters if he could keep his mask on whilst in the dining area speaking with customers - most of the other staff did adhere to this without being asked. It's wasn't a bad experience and we did enjoy the food - but just expected more given their reputation.

After a long day my mum and I decided to book a table at Brilliant - last minute and grateful they could fit us in. Arrived at the restaurant and was immediately star-struck with the owners being present. The food and service - second to none. You can clearly tell how their passion shines through in the taste of their food. Best seekh kebabs I’ve ever had, followed by a number of different mains which were all stunning. Haven’t had a meal this good at an Indian restaurant since the 90s, my childhood. The staff were courteous and helpful, especially when trying to decide what to order. They also asked if we were happy with our meal. Great service. In fact the only downside would be all my fault! I probably had a million questions to ask the owners but I didn’t, which is a shame considering we only sat a few metres away at the front. I admire their passion and work. Thank you for an amazing meal and an unforgettable experience.
