South West IT are a really professional team, they respond quickly to any issues you may have and from my experience over all of the years I have used them they have been really brilliant. They have built a new computer for me and also solved problems with my I pad. They are always helpful and for a more senior person like myself they are very patient. 5 star rating.

Called out following a lightning strike disrupting our internet. Had a visit within a day of reporting the issue and it was quickly resolved. Excellent service and would use again.
Called Adam at South West IT in the morning with a huge problem we have had for 3 days involving our internet and card machine. We just upgraded to fibre but our card machine wouldn’t work, so we couldn’t take card payments which was a big problem for us. Adam was onsite within the hour and managed to identify the problem and rectified it in no time at all. While Adam was on site he also fixed a problem we had with the cctv system. Cannot recommend these guys enough as they are invaluable with their wealth of knowledge and expertise. First class service. Trustworthy, honest and reliable. Many thanks Phil
