I can't recommend this place enough! I've been regularly for deep tissue/aromatherapy massages and they are fantastic. The staff are super friendly and professional. A hidden gem in South Shields.

I've struggled with back pains and headaches for many months now and doctors haven't helped. I just had a 30 minutes session with Joy and this is the best I've felt in a long time. She was professional and very skilled at her craft. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming and she immediately knew which areas were causing problems. I've already re-booked for a full hour tomorrow.
Massage was very good therapist was friendly, however had to pay upfront with no receipt given, no formal medical questionnaire completed.
First class massage very professional
