I've used Tom & Jeff a couple of times over the years. Always managed to find and fix problems quickly and professionally, better than other garages in the area. Pricing is very fare - I highly recommend.

Always very helpful and knowledgeable, whenever I've been. Always, sorted my cars electrics out and prices aren't too bad overall. It's the 1st place I go, if I need electrical car problem diagnosed and/or sorted. They sell and install car audio/video and HID headlights aswell.

Twice I've been in here looking for help with issues, The first time I wanted to test a lightbar, was told it didn't work, I'm no electrion - but I placed the black on negative, red on positive and it worked...... Second time I went here I wanted to have my car looked at for an electrical issue, seemed like they didn't want the job. I honestly don't feel that welcomed here with my car. I want to support local businesses especially in South Shields where I am from but I can't recommend anyone here Just my opinion

Disgraceful place couldn't find fault spouc3e telephone me for second hour but didn't telephone me just went a head snap number plate holder put tape on it mirror cracked please stay away from this place paid for two hours and still could find fault wheel bearing new so could blame that am contacting trade standards

After my van broke down they were able to see and fix it at really short notice. They carried out the repair quickly and at a very fair price. They also carried out other repairs which once again were very fairly priced. Overall I was impressed with the level of service received and will be using them again for smaller issues I have with the van. They seem knowledgeable in what they do. Wholly recommended. Thank you.
