Placed the order which arrived a couple of days later, quick especially for two toned rifles! Prices are great to, had to communicate with the sellers in regards to the magazine and was sorted within minutes, replaced straight away! Can’t fault anything here, communication was brilliant, product was perfect, definitely ordering from here again

I wish I had read the reviews before buying from here! Order placed on 21st May all items showing in stock and paid for the fast delivery service 2 - 3 days. After a week of not receiving my BB gun and countless emails and attempted phone calls somebody finally bothered to answer and I was told they had no stock of the scopes which delayed the order. Finally received the gun 9 days after ordering it to find that the additional 2000 BB’s I ordered were not included. Now 5 days after receiving the order I am back to square one. Nobody answers the phone, nobody responds to my voice messages and nobody responds to my emails. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE AS THE SERVICE YOU GET FROM THIS COMPANY IS SHOCKING!!!
The lack of communication from this establishment is the worst thing about them. My product did arrive after being left in the dark yet it was clearly second hand. I did have to pay for return postage but the seller was prompt in giving me a refund. Overall it was a very stressful experience from start to finish and I would not recommend this establishment until they stop selling pre owned guns.
