If the people who have left negative paragraphs knew how much brilliant work the council do for the community and their staff, they wouldn't be complaining so easily about them. Their external and internal work often goes unnoticed. The new Liesure Centre is fantastic, South Norfolk on Show is excellent and the council itself works really hard.

Served a term as a councillor 2015-19. The staff at the Council do an excellent job offering a responsive and good value service to local residents.
My expectations were low and they didn't disappoint.
Staff have zero sense of empathy, act extremely emotionally distant, impatient and unhelpful.
The people I've been involved with at SNDC have been very professional, understanding and supportive. I can't speak highly enough of these people.
