I have been really pleased with the customer care that Polly and Tom have shown throughout the sales process and delivery. The advice and information given as well as the quick communications have been excellent. The product speaks for it's self, it is wonderful. Long, wide floor boards bursting with character, the machining and stability looks to be very good and will only need very minimal finishing. I haven't installed the floor yet, but I don't think it will throw up any issues. Top class all round, thanks guys!!

Very helpful and knowledgable service from the outset. Polly and Tom showed us round their beautiful barn conversion at short notice in order for us to choose the right wood for our needs. We chose heritage floorboards as we wanted a rustic and worn feel for our 350 year old cottage. The boards were delivered exactly when stated and consisted of a range of beautiful colours and grains with plenty of knots etc. I did some light work with an angle grinder to round off edges and age some of the boards but the t&g fitted perfectly so no reworking was needed. Polly's advice on fittings, fillers and oil was spot on and we couldn't be happier with the result especially as the cost was well below anything similar we could find.
