I wish i could give this place 0 stars. They are very rude, they never do their job of getting insurance authorization with time to get your ultrasound. They want to charge the patient and resolve their problem rather than do their job correctly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!

My Appointment was great. They took me in right on time didn't have to wait. My Technician Yolie was amazing. Made me feel comfortable and got me awesome pix of the baby. She was very knowledgeable and informative. Will recommend to everyone!
Ultrasound tech and front desk were extremely professional. I had a great experience. I waited for about 45 minutes but that is normal in every office. You can't expect to be seen at your appointment time when dealing with patients. Emergencies occur everyday and we must learn to be patient.
The worst of all. Specially the front desk lady is inhuman. They told me my baby died and no doctor showed up. The technician was the one that told me I had a miscarriage. I asked for questions and no one answered.
This is my second baby !!! And every time I go for an ultrasound here . I get good customer service .the wait is reasonable . They remind me of my appointments, and if am not there they try calling to see if everything is okay . Jenny is very good , she’s very friendly and helpful . Over all this is a great place for your perinatal care .
