Unfortunately we could not enjoy this property due to COVID restrictions. Our county was placed into the purple tier and advised not to travel, so I did not go as I care for an elderly parent. The property did not provide any sort of accommodation or refund, not even the cleaning fee. Very disappointing under the circumstances.

The house was absolutely spectacular and a place for relaxing and unwinding with friends. We sat on the deck every night and had a great time! The beds were also incredibly comfortable, which is always a worry away from home.
My family stayed at the house on Capri and had the absolute best vacation ever. The house was perfect for our large family. Grandma enjoyed the large room on the bottom floor and the views from the master upstairs were unbelievable. Our kids loved being on the water and the large living area made it very comfortable. Stu was wonderful to work with and catered to any need we had (pack n play for the baby, help figuring out the bbq). I highly recommend RNR vacation rentals and the house on Capri was amazing (Windows on the Water).
I am the owner of KÜLHAUS cabin in South Lake Tahoe, and I have had an impressive and positive experience with RnR Vacation Rentals from the first conversation we had. Both Stu and Diana are smart professionals who understand excellent customer service for both renters and owners. I understand that they manage dozens of properties in the area, but I always feel like I get personalized attention from them and their team: they are all responsive, patient, and keen problem-solvers (trust me...I made a lot of newbie mistakes getting this cabin up and running)! With Liz, Lauren and Adam in the field checking and double-checking everything with care, I don't worry about the guests or my property! Whenever I arrive for my own use, the cabin is exactly as I would have left it...clean and perfectly in place. For someone who is a seasoned short-term renter, and a designer with my own aesthetic sensibilities, I believe that RnRVR respects my home, my vision and my business. I recommend them highly as terrific partners and top-notch professionals to give your guests an amazing experience, and the care your property deserves.
