Best sports store geelong has to offer Stefan in bike serving has been fantastic in looking after my bike for me and Connor and his customer service skills have helped me understand bikes better than ever All of my sporting goods will be bought from D Gees and there flexible opening hours really help seeing as I'm out and about on weekends needing fast repairs and upgrades and these guys bring it The lack of bike supply hurts but hopefully that gets back on order to buy soon

In the main the team members in this store are incredibly knowledgeable & helpful, but unfortunately on a couple of occasions now I’ve encountered poor attitude from one team member in particular, bordering on rude. The only reason I’d go back is excellent product range.
Best sports store around. Nike, Adidas, Puma plus all other top brands. Great service and a huge range of sports gear and equipment. Massive range of gym equipment. If you're after something sporty then this is your one stop shop ! Look no further.
Tops marks for helping me out with DSS adjustment tool for my Pinarello GAN GRS that another retailer had failed to provide with my bike (and said wasn't available...). I rang De Grandi to see if they could help me... which they did without blinking an eye. Great stuff!!!
Broke the rear triangle of my mountain bike earlier in the year and these guys were so helpful in finding a way to get it going again. And they have been helpful and professional every time I go in. Whether into the store or workshop. By far the best service I have found in Geelong by a country mile.
GREAT EXPERIENCE. Have no hesitations using and speaking to these professionals. Had five bikes to service. I had only booked in two and asked to have the other two looked at if they had time. They could not have been more accommodating and professional.They advised me of the potential costs and what the parts would be worth. All bikes serviced in the space of 24 hours. Fair and reasonable pricing. In the current environment they were very mindful and firm about maintaining guidelines about social distancing and store etiquette. Great work people keep up the amazing work.
Was greeted by a staff member who actually wanted to help me!!! Purchased 100 worth of bike lights. I won't bother going anywhere else from now on.
