Visited this Aami Bangali outlet last month with my old buddies of School. This outlet is located just beside Senco gold and diamond opposite of Diamond Plaza. The ambience is cozy. We (count 4) opted for fish kabiraji and fish finger Vetki as the starters. Both the starters tasted good, especially the Vetki fish fingers. Both the dishes were served with salads and mustard sauce. Now in the mains section we wanted to order morog pulao, but they said no non veg pulao items are available, so we opted for basanti pulao. As a non veg mains side dish we chose mutton dakbanglow. The mutton pieces were soft and succulent, went really well with Basanti Pulao. We ended our meal with rabri, some sweet note. The quantity of the dishes are good enough for a single soul. Pocket pinch is moderate. Overall had a good experience.

The restaurant is open on all days from 1 pm to 10 pm. Earlier the price was lower and portion sizes bigger. Now the price is higher and portion size half. Service is reasonably prompt, staff behavior and cleanliness good, decor is nice. But space is limited and tables are small, so small that if two people share one table and order 3-4 items each, it will be difficult to find space for all the utensils. Food seems fresh and taste is average to good. Overall, nice experience.i

Yesterday I went to aami bangali nagerbazar outlet. I am fond of bengali food. Whenever I get chance I order bengali thali.. I order a egg thali in aami bangali.. It includes bhat, dal, jhuri alu bhaja, aluposto, egg curry (2egg), chatney.. The thali was enough for one and it tastes also awesome. Fresh and feels like home.. I love the way of cooking and the taste of food. I'll surely go there again. Recommended

Location: Opposite to Diamond Plaza mall in Nagerbazar. -------------------------------------------------------------- Items we tried: 1. Chicken Thali (comprises of Basmati Rice, Dal, Aloo Bhaja, a veg dish in which we took Aloo Posto, two pieces of Chicken & Chatni) 2. Mutton Thali (comprises of Basmati Rice, Dal, Aloo Bhaja, a veg dish in which we took Aloo Posto, two pieces of Mutton & Chatni) 3. Egg thali (comprises of Basmati Rice, Dal, Aloo Bhaja, a veg dish in which we took Aloo Posto, two pieces of egg & Chatni) -------------------------------------------------------------- Menu: As the name of the restaurant suggests, it follows the Bengali cuisine extensively and that is reflected in their menu. Each and every Bengali dish, one would love, has been included in the menu. The best part is, the prices have been kept very reasonable and the quantity is enough to be shared by two. -------------------------------------------------------------- Ambience: Brightly lit interiors with a sitting capacity of about 30 heads. Comfortable seating arrangements. -------------------------------------------------------------- Attack, for the quantity! Dodge, for the quality! -------------------------------------------------------------- Gonna eat them all!
