Ambulance Crew have just been to Chatterwood Nursing Home in LIss, Steve and Katie were excellent very professional and extremely kind to the resident. They work quickly and the problem was resolved. Thank you to both of them.

I needed an ambulance on the 10/08/2019. after talking to the 111 service. The crew hanna and jay both new there jobs and a lot more they are a credit to the ambulance service and both should be given a big pat on the back. if possible can you pass on my thanks to them both each did a first class job with somebody who is a very nervous patient. when I said I should be on the way to the coast with my wife for our 41st they tried even harder to make me more comfortable. they are both a credit to the ambulance service. Extremely rude call handler. Spoke to me as if she was a 14 year old teenage girl with attitude. I called for my elderly 92 year old neighbour who fell and was met with prolonged pauses followed by sarcastic '..um....okkkaaay' comments. HOW DARE YOU. HOW DARE YOU. Unprofessional and utterly disgusting behaviour. Shocking beyond belief.
We were transported today to Bracknell Health Space hospital, I can only say thank you to both the pleasant drivers who were very helpful and considerate.
