Bought a haibike trekking 8.0. Very friendly staff took the time to let me test ride 3 different bikes. Most impressed with their honesty in leading me to the bike that best suited my needs. No sales pressure on the day, let me walk away for time to think. I highly recommend Puffin Billy Cycles.

PERFECT WAY TO EXPLORE DARTMOOR Having never ridden an eBike the Puff and Billy Cycles rental gave me the perfect opportunity to explore this new style of mountain biking. After a 4 hour ride across Dartmoors r tough terrain on the Ghost SLAMR X I can not recommend the bikes and the rental service enough!! Pete and his staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making setting up the bike and understanding how it works a breeze. All of the bikes were clean, well serviced and fully charged ready for a day on Dartmoor. Although I have lived in Devon for many years I have never been able to explore Dartmoor so freely and easily as I could today with the eBike. The hills that normally leave me in pain and no time for a long ride became simple, easy 1 minute climbs. For anyone looking for a day out on Dartmoor, get down to Puff and Billy Cycles and rent one of their eBike!
Used this place for the first time and the last. Much better service fromother local bike shops. As a key worker, I was called away for 26 days in the North of the country. Having left a message on their own website, I was surprised to receive a rude call from the owner. Clearly my bike was a huge inconvenience despite it being a folding bike?
Excellent service with professional knowledge and guidance on all types of e-bikes with regard to individual requirements. Would certainly recommend and continue to use for future requirements.
