Superb, highly professional service. They really took the time to understand my requirements and source the right parts, checking with me if there were any concerns. Due to how busy they were I was given a long lead time for the work to be done. However, they called me up weeks ahead of my appointment because they had a slot they could fit me in. The work was completed to an extremely high standard and when I collected my car I was taken through the new install to show me how everything worked. I highly recommend Source Sounds for their superb technical ability and fantastic customer service.
I contacted Source Sounds about having parking sensors installed. Source Sounds estimated a 2 to 3 week turnaround as they are super busy at the moment, however Source Sounds said that they would let me know if a free slot was to become available in the mean time. I actually got a call just over a week later with a new timeslot as they managed to squeeze my car in much earlier than originally expected. I am super impressed how they managed to send the sensors off to the paint shop to be colour coded to match my vehicle and then be able to fit me in so soon! Lee was super helpful over emails, answering any questions I had. Paul showed me how to use the sensors when I came to pick up my car which I found really helpful. And thanks to the workshop guys for squeezing my car in in-between other jobs, and you also did an incredible job with my car! The parking sensors are flush and are barely noticeable at first glance, I am more than pleased with the process of having these sensors installed. They also work like a dream! Thanks again for a professional and quick service!
