To the bougie Person before me, this place is amazing! As soon as you walk in, the sounds and smells of a proper kitchen functioning like a machine are present and in play at the Soup Shop! The food is fresh and slow cooked with love. The noodles, the broth, everything was on point. The golden crispy chicken appearance wise, was questionable...but after the first bite there was no doubt that it was fresh cooked and tasted amazing! I couldn’t put it down. The best thing there hands down was their fried rice! Jazmin rice cooked to order with exotic and domestic proteins super tender super fresh cooked to order delight!! Can’t wait to go back this place is a gem!!

Second visit here. The staff is so very friendly and the food delicious. I highly recommend the coated Cauliflower appetizer and the vegetarian pho'. My wife loved the crispy chicken with garlic noodles.

Disappointed!!! Drove 20 mins expecting excellence from all the 4 star reviews. Unfortunately, pho combination with rib meat is tasteless with meat cut lengthwise making them chewy and tough tendon. The rib bone I paid extra for was tough; I could not even eat the meat off it. The quality of the meat is not good as well. I have been to a lot of other pho restaurants that have more flavor, do not cheap you on the hours of tenderizing the meats with decent prices for excellent quality meats. Not coming back. Waste of gas, time and money. I hope management reads this and fixes the issues. In short, Overpriced food for under cooked, tough & poor quality meat.

So I’ve been to this place before and ordered online too. Service was great and food tasted delish. However, today I went there to get the Vietnamese iced coffee, popcorn chicken and rolls. The coffee was disgusting. It tasted like the super cheap kind from the gas station and there was nothing in the flavor that made it taste Vietnamese just cheap coffee and milk. I paid almost 5 for it :( The chicken did not look appetizing. It had an ashy color to it and wasn’t juicy at all. I mean for 6 could be better. Same with rolls. They were overcooked and waaay too hot (temperature). Pretty disappointed by today’s visit. Never ordering the coffee again. I could literally have paid less at 7 leaves and would have gotten a way better quality. Now, they know how to make it! Anyway I hope that they were just having a bad day and things will turn around :)

Visited Soup Shop a few weeks ago when we had a craving for some hot soup. Soup Shop is located in the big shopping Plaza with Target, Wells Fargo, Northgate Market, Game Stop. Due to COVID restrictions, they offer outdoor dining. They offer a large selection of dishes from wings, meat pies, noodles, rice, pho and boba drinks. I ordered the chicken pho with chicken breast meat. You have the option of chicken breast or chicken thigh. I had my chicken pho with veggie broth, but you have the option of getting it with beef broth if you want a stronger meaty broth. The veggie broth was clear, flavorful and light. Can't wait to go back to try their garlic fries.

Where do I begin. On March 21, 2021 at about 11pm, I ordered a rice plate combo. I was so excited to have something good for lunch the next morning. When I got home, I realized the plate had a big scoop of rice and a piece of chicken. I was very disappointed. No lettuce and no roots. Maybe I should have ordered a soup

Taste good but I found hair. Also I found this last time too. I thought it was from kind of meat, but now Im not sure.

An awesomely unique spot in Anaheim, CA. The old-fashioned and apple toddy were great and the torched s'mores dessert was to die for. Great place for drinks and sampling the dishes. We'll be back!
