During this lockdown, when in-store demonstrations and in-person consultations were not possible, I was unsure about how I was able to source the system I was looking for. After some research online, I found Soundstage and reached out. Alex has been extremely helpful in recommending a headphone system that I felt comfortable with on the various conversations we have had on the phone. Given that I had some technical questions specifically with dCS, Alex swiftly found information to clarify my concerns. He made sure to reach out to manufacturers directly to find out information to ensure any concerns I had was resolved accurately and the system was exactly what I wanted. Alex was friendly and helpful throughout, providing his guidance on what system and components was right for my needs. I really appreciate the level of detail and time taken to ensure my needs were met, coupled with the friendly service I have experienced. I am more than delighted to have Alex and Soundstage to support me in my music journey.

Bought an Hegel H95 amplifier for my B&W CM9s S2 speakers. What an Awesome toy, previously used Denon X2400H and I can confirm, there is a huge difference in sound quality. Pumping the volume all the way to 99 and still crystal clear sound coming out of the speakers. All credits to Dean and Alex. Looking forward to come back for another portion of pleasure soon. Soundstage have helped me to choose a new pair of speakers after my old ones blew after 26 years of use. They offered a good selection of speakers and allowed plenty of demonstration time for me and my family to make a carefully considered choice without sales pressure! In the end we chose the Neat Motive SX1 loudspeaker for its combination of musicality, dynamics and extended bass from a very slim and domestically acceptable cabinet. We continue to be delighted with this choice of speaker.
We enjoyed overall experience buying our new hi-fi system from Soundstage. Dean has been really helpful, and knowledgeable in assisting us from the very beginning in selecting the systems, amplifier, cable, etc to coming and have our system set up by him and Eds. We really enjoy our Bowers & Wilkins hi-fi and couldn’t recommend highly enough, and hopefully one day when we need to have it upgrade, we come back again!
