Spent a lot of 's at Soundcraft, staff were friendly and helpful BUT were not very helpful when wanting upgrades to a Linn Lp12. Boss Geoff tried to make it look like he was doing me a favour. I went to AudioT at Brighton, much better service. John was very helpful and knowledgeable, also offered and received a free Karousel bearing which wasn’t offered at Soundcraft when I enquired about the Linn promotion. I felt I wasn’t a valued customer. What a shame.

Soundcraft Hifi have been brilliant. I am not very knowledgeable and Paul was really patient and helpful. The service was excellent, I ordered and the product was tracked and delivered the next day.
