Absolutely outstanding service. After telling my parents for mths that there tv picture was blue they eventually made the call to sound and vision. A lovely gentleman came collected the tv and brought it back the same day, it's like a brand new tv. Will definatly recommend to my family and friends x

Made a call to sound and vision they gave me a idea what could be wrong and a price they turned up when they said they would returned the fixed telly when they said they would and the price as was they said it would be.well done guys well impressed with your company. Fantastic service. We returned from holiday and our Samsung TV worked for about a minute and then the power light went off. We picked Sound and Vision online and phoned them. Gary explained what he thought was the problem and also how much it would cost over the phone. He picked it up that day and returned it fully working the next. The charge was only 40 as he first quoted and saved us spending 300 to replace it. Our 12 volt caravan mobile TV also has had a fault for a couple of years with the DVD freezing frequently and sometimes the discs would not eject. He fixed this as well and returned it the next day. Again, the diagnosis and charge was exactly as he first said. His long experience was obvious and he provided full explanations of the faults, the parts required and why they went wrong in the first place. Brilliant and friendly service. I would recommend him to anyone.
