A great local bike shop and I cannot fault them with any of the servicing or repairs they have carried out on my mountain bike and gravel/touring bike. Every time I have used them the staff have always given me great advice and made me aware of the repair costs before they started. Highly recommended.

Went to Soul Cycles for a new bike for my daughter who is 10. The expert advice from staff at this shop could not have been better and they are very good at working with children. The staff are extremely attentive and nothing seems too much of a problem for them. They delivered our new bike once it was ready and asked us to go back from a free check up after one month. Highly recommended for families and others!
I called the shop to try track down a stolen bike. The gent on the phone couldn't have been nicer, full of advice despite me not being a customer. The world needs more people like this! Feeling a lot better about things now and will definitely buy from here if I decide to get another bike.
