Awful company. Sent me a different bike to what i ordered and arrived with scratches. Then tried to charge me the difference but because if the scratches “I got to keep it” Bike arrived with a number of broken components mainly the frame. After ignoring all the claims but one the demanded I sent the bike back to them to go further and offered me 20 to buy a new fork. When I asked for a refund and to return it they told me I had to pay 30 to ship it back.

Bought a full face helmet. Wasnt quite the right size so returned for larger one. No qualms or quibbles I had a replacement very swiftly. They \sorted\ it! Great service. Very happy with purchase.
Used this shop to purchase a bike. Andy was great from initial order, through to dropping off the bike at my home address. I couldn't have asked for more. Andy helped me out with a couple of extra things for the bike and kept me updated throughout. Good customer service. Thanks.
Very good experience when I placed my online order sorted race gear dispatched my item quickly. There was a slight issue with dpd however sorted race gear rang dpd for me and got it sorted. Hard to find customer service in this day and age well done.
Rang up to enquire about some kit and the person on the other end of the phone was very helpful and then i popped in and the range they have is brilliant and they guys are incredibly helpful.
