I must state it is the cleanest nailart studio I have ever seen and they are very careful with Covid19 measures for prevention of virus spread. Lady was very kind and professional. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a nail store who does the job differently than market level comparisons.
Came to this salon based off the reviews, was definitely not impressed. Firstly, I made an appointment over the phone. The man who answered failed to communicate with me properly, which made me quite confused as to why he would answer the phone in the first place. I asked how much a full set of ombre would cost, was told 30. Considering I've had issues in the past with payment where people could clarify a different price on the phone call and in the store, I brung more cash just in case. Now to my appointment, was cut on several fingers because the man wasn't careful or gentle with my nails at all. They put some oil on it to stop the bleeding, it did eventually stop it but I had scabs around my fingers for a week and it was burning throughout the day I got my nails. When going to pay, the lady charged me 32 (I called it because they always lie to you on the phone and charge extra for the littlest things, didn't even let me off when they cut me SEVERAL times). Worst nail salon experience I've ever had, definitely won't come back. Was cut, poor communication and was charged extra.
The best nail shop to date ..very clean and organized staff are so polite .. even after covid- 19 when they reopened they have changed for the better with social distancing in place and you get given your own nail files for every time you visit.. i don't go anywhere else
Really lovely nail salon! The techs really know their stuff, and it's very clean and completely up to date on covid-19 regulations! Felt very safe and a great experience
