Terrible and frustrating service. I had a problem with a Rip Curl Wetsuit and the service I got at the store in Portugal and from the technical service in Hossegor/France was a disaster. The first time I sent them the wetsuit for repair, the technical service did nothing to repair the zipper, stating that the it worked fine. Obviously, the zipper was broken and that is what I had to send the wetsuit to them again. It took them 2,5 months all together to repair it. In addition to that, I had to pay the postage service myself (20). When you buy a RipCurl wetsuit, the first information you get is that it has a full guarantee for two years: all lies, since they forget to mention that if you have a problem it will take them three months to offer the service they promise, of course after insisting a lot and after numerous email and phone exchanges. It was very frustrating and very time-consuming to deal with them. I will never ever buy any product from Rip Curl again, and neither will my surfer friends.

Stuff is cheaper than in the town center, but there's less help available. No one spoke any English, and they spoke only very fast French or not at all.

Même si souvent il faut faire la queue, pour cette visite en 2019 nous n'avons pas attendu longtemps. Les prix restent tout de même imbattables : 20 3 short de bain, t-shirt à 10...pour le reste il faut se balader pour faire de b9nnes affaires.
