DO NOT BUY A REFURBISHED TV FROM CENTREDIRECT.CO.UK, better yet don't order anything from this retailer. Ordered my tv (65XH90) on 18/12/20 and it arrived on 24/12/20. Upon arrival the delivery drivers (ArrowXL), to my disgust, I had noticed the bottom of the box was completely saturated with water to the point our carpet is wet and the box was soft and broke away to the touch. Furthermore, once we opened the TV, the TV was damaged (screen was deformed at the top of the panel. Collection was arranged (despite emails and calls attempted to have this done, ended up having to raise this via the online chat function). TV was collected on the 4th Jan 21 for refund. Since then, I have not had a single confirmation of them recieving the TV, it is now 06/02/21 and I still haven't had a refund or a follow up email. Over a month of witholding my money is a disgrace and surely there's a consumer law for witholding a refund for this long. Centredirect !!!!!!! can I please have my money back ???????
The online site is user-friendly. They guarantee a quick delivery without any additional cost. Recently bought a camera at around 2 pm. It says that delivery will be within 2 days but it arrived the following day. Great experience overall!
Had a tv unit delivered which unfortunately had been punctured and therefore smashed by the courier. On contacting, they very quickly arranged for a new unit to be delivered to me, and in this instance delivered it to me themselves to ensure it would arrive in perfect condition. Best service I've ever received and would recommend anyone to purchase from them.
Ordered a radio online for my daughters birthday, it arrived inadequately wrapped in bubble wrap albeit in the original flimsy box rather than as in a sturdy one as packaging . it was the wrong one . when i requested a potage label to return it they suggested i go to a post office , pay for it and post the receipt. i refused as i am not going into shops or anywhere due to coronavirus thats why i ordered it online ! They refused to send me the correct radio until it was returned! i insisted (over the course of 3 days & lengthy emails ) that they arrange the courier pick up which eventually they managed to do despite having issues with it (they had never done it before!) i found a cardboard box to send it in as none was provided . Awaiting a refund , but no goodwill offer for the inconvenience plus still have to buy the radio (elsewhere ) ! Thanks Sony Carlisle great customer service
