Great selection. I found a Hugo Boss leather jacket for 75 but didn't buy it because we weren't allowed to try on clothes due to Covid - which I respect. However, one star down because the only staff there was only wearing a face shield, no mask - not cool, do better.

Staff was rude (Sonoma square location). I had been in the store before, so I went back in to see if an item I was looking for was still there. After finding it I walked over to the counter where the two employees were having a discussion (which is what they were doing when I walked in). I just stood there starring at them waiting for assistance. They just continued to talk for another min or two before they even looking at me.

Staff is rude. They close the store before 5pm, then argue about it, saying it is 5pm (at 4:55) and in front of kids and other customers. Absolutely inconsiderate and rude. My daughter wanted the dress out of the window for 80s day at school tomorrow. We could have been in & out. The lady was abrasive and confrontational. I will be complaining directly to the manager. Don’t shop here.
