Went for the first time on Saturday after looking for a place for my boyfriend to get brisket. We settled on Sonny's and was quite impressed with the establishment. That's pretty much where it ended. The mac and cheese, potato salad, and the BBQ sauce was good, but that meat was horrible. Everything was dry!!!!! The chicken was overcooked, the ribs didn't fall off the bone, and my boyfriend's brisket was dry and tasteless. With all the people coming and going, I had high hopes for this place. Unfortunately, it was not work the 50 spent. We will not be back :(
Restaurant was clean and setup for social distancing. Option of silverware or plastic was nice. Food options and specials at good prices. The food came quickly and was very good.
I ordered delivery and I must say, totally satisfied the presentation and packaging simply perfect. I was so excited that I forget to capture a photo, the taste all those delicious flavors I enjoyed every single bite. 5 stars well deserved. Thank You!!
