Very bad customer service. There were two ladies handling the customers. Both of them were shouting at customers. There were two managers both of them sitting relaxed in their closed cabins. Atleast 5 customers were handled by the person handling my concern and all of them were complaining. The irony is that the customer had better idea of outstanding loan than the lady officer who was looking and checking that particular account. Once my policy is fully paid in next 12 months, I will close the account. The Canara Bank opposite to ICICI has better customer handling. I have accounts in both banks. Should have given this branch NIL star!
