A meal for queens and kings....one of my favorites. The duck is fed a type of sulfur not poisonous to it, but provides alleged health benefits when eaten. The duck is slow cooked in a clay pot, but stuffed with rice, ginseng, dates, grains, ginko nuts, sweet potato, and chestnuts. The thinly sliced pickled radishes are perfect wraps and all side dishes amazing, especially the lotus root (연근). You can get a small noodle or porridge (죽) bowl at the end and the cinnamon tea (수정과) is fantastic!
